Under Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, contracting authorities may award lots in accordance with the procedure applicable to the individual value of each of them, provided that the value of the lot concerned does not exceed EUR 79 998.77 (BGN 156 464) for supplies and services and that the total value of the lots thus awarded does not exceed 20% of the total value of the contract. In Lot 2, both conditions are met – the individual estimated value of the lot does not exceed EUR 79 998.77 (BGN 156 464) and does not exceed 20% of the total estimated value of this contract. Tenderers may submit tenders only for Lot 1.
