The available personalized cards are loaded twice in the calendar year 2026 with electronic vouchers, upon prior request of the contracting authority to the contractor. The application specifies the cards of which employees (the specific personal cards to be loaded) should be loaded with electronic vouchers and, accordingly, at what value. Food vouchers should be accepted as a means of payment in grocery stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc., operating in accordance with the requirements of the Food Act and Regulation No 7/09.07.2003 of the MLSP and the Ministry of Finance, with which the participants have a contract. The full information on the scope, volume and technical requirements for the performance of the contract is described and regulated in the ‘Technical Specification’, an integral part of the tender documentation.
