What the buyer is looking for
The procedure is carried out in order to select an electricity supplier and a balancing group coordinator, according to the Energy Act, for 3 sites of COC-Ruse EOOD. Deviations from the requested amounts of electricity for each settlement period shall be settled by the coordinator of the balancing group, all costs and revenues from imbalances (surplus and shortages) being entirely at its expense. The subject of the contract also includes the administration of the amounts for the statutory network services (access and transmission), the fee “obligations to society” and excise duty, which are paid by the Assignor to the Contractor additionally, in accordance with the current legislation and the decisions of the EWRC. A contract for combined services within the meaning of the Electricity Trading Rules will be concluded with the selected contractor.
