… the taking of the necessary actions for the issuance of a building permit are a commitment of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall provide the necessary assistance and remedy at his own expense the deficiencies and inconsistencies identified in the draft. 2. Activity No 2: Implementation of all necessary construction and installation works for the construction of the roundabout and its functional connection to the existing street network, according to the approved investment project, construction permit, technical specification and applicable regulations, including preparation of the necessary executive and executive documentation. 3. Activity No 3: Exercise of author's supervision by the designers on the relevant design parts during the construction, in accordance with Art. 162 of the Spatial Development Act, including giving the necessary instructions and participating in the drafting of the applicable acts and protocols.
