… shall be replaced by new, compliant materials at the expense of the Contractor. All materials and equipment used by the Contractor in construction should be used and stored in a manner that ensures protection against injury and accidents. All building materials used must meet the requirements of Bulgarian and/or European standards. The products and materials to be placed on the site must have assessed compliance with the essential requirements set out in the regulations under Article 7 of the Technical Requirements for Products Act and be accompanied by documents (test reports, quality certificates, declarations of conformity, warranty cards, technical requirements for operation, etc.) certifying their compliance with the requirements of existing regulatory documents.
