… equipment for the needs of the Blagoevgrad Operational Programme’, as, on the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority will award Lots Nos 2, 3 and 4 in accordance with the procedure valid for their individual value. The estimated values of lots 2, 3 and 4 fall within the scope of Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. The contract is reserved for specialised enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities on the basis of Article 12 of the Public Procurement Act, in conjunction with Article 80 of the Public Procurement Act. Persons may participate in the award of the contract, provided that at least 30 per cent of their list is made up of disabled or disadvantaged persons. In such cases, persons must have been registered as specialised enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities for at least three years prior to the date of opening of this procurement procedure.
