What the buyer is looking for
Delivery through a commodity exchange of heating gas oil for the needs of Primary School "Zahari Stoyanov" Varna, for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the quantity specified in the specification is exhausted, namely: Gas oil for industrial and municipal purposes / IPCC / up to 25000 + 20%. The delivery of diesel fuel will take place on the commodity exchange, through a stockbroker, under the terms of the Commodity Exchanges and Markets Act. The quantities indicated above are estimated and the buyer does not undertake to fully absorb them. The seller submits a Declaration of Conformity for the quality of liquid fuels. Loading rate and other transport conditions: according to the capacity of the site and the size of the quantity requested. The transport is carried out by the Seller with delivery and delivery tankers, holding an ADR license, to be calibrated, to be equipped with counters (grounded and sealed by DAMTN (DASM)), equipped with a pump (license from the Ministry of Transport) for the transport of the respective type of fuel.
