During prophylaxis, parts are changed as prescribed by the manufacturer of the equipment. 2.Remediation of occurred damages and carrying out the necessary repairs of the Apparatus,at:a) Period of reaction in hours, starting from the notification by the contracting authority – up to 6 (six) hours. … within which the service specialists begin actions to repair the damage that has occurred. b) Time limit for repairing damage to the Equipment - up to 5 (five) working days from the expiry of the reaction/delivery period of a spare part. c) The CONTRACTOR shall provide an emergency maintenance and service group in the period from 17:00 to 08:00 on weekends and holidays via a hotline. The time limits under item 2 shall be calculated from the time following the time when the damage notification was received / the day on which the original spare part was delivered / and shall expire at the end of the last hour/day. 3.Provision of new, original spare parts for the Equipment, including unique spare parts – within 7 (seven) working days from the date of establishing the need for such. The supplied spare parts are original, new and unused and technically compatible with the available Apparatus. 4. Upon delivery of a spare part, the CONTRACTOR shall submit a certificate of affixed CE marking and/or a Declaration of Conformity of the original spare part, issued by the CONTRACTOR.
