For medicinal products not included in Annex 2 of the PLS-Proposed price for packaging may not exceed those indicated in the Register of approved price caps for medicinal products or in the Register of maximum selling prices under Article 261a(2) and (3) of the LMPHM, approved by the Commission on Prices and Reimbursement to the NCRRP.
