Integration services with the available Backup software infrastructure. Warranty maintenance according to the requirements of the technical specification. The Client pays 100% (one hundred percent) of the total value of the remuneration under this contract in advance within 30 (thirty) days from the entry into force of the contract against an invoice submitted by the CONTRACTOR and a guarantee of advance payment. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the successful tenderer shall provide a performance guarantee of 10% (ten per cent) of the contract value excluding VAT. · The participant designated as the contractor shall provide a guarantee to secure 100% of the value of the advance payment
