Testing and Acceptance – Full functionality testing is conducted, including simulation of real-world project scenarios. Upon successful testing, a handover protocol is signed. From the date of its signature, the warranty period of 24 months starts to run. Operator training – It is carried out after the successful testing and signing of the handover protocol. The Contractor shall organise and conduct training for the Operators of the Contracting Authority within 10 working days after the signature of the Protocol. Training includes safe operation, data acquisition and export, basic processing and analysis, as well as combined analysis for decision-making. The training materials (guides, examples) are provided in Bulgarian and English. The term for execution may not be more than 60 /sixty/ calendar days from the date of receipt of a written request for delivery by the Assignor.
