… construction works related to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of Nikola Vaptsarov Street, in the section between axis points from 45 to 153 /crossroad with Georgi Kondolov Street, Kameno, as follows: Site: “Reconstruction and rehabilitation of “Nikola Vaptsarov” Street, in the section between axis points from 45 to 153 / crossroad with “Georgi Kondolov” Street, Kameno The contractor of the construction shall carry out construction and installation works on an approved technical investment project, complete in part: Road, Temporary Organization and Traffic Safety, Permanent Organization of Traffic, Geodesy, Fire Safety and Communications – protective pipes and cable shafts. The project for the reconstruction of Nikola Vaptsarov Street was decided within the approved street regulation from o.t.45 (crossroad with Stara Planina Street) – 47-56-87-88-106-405 – o.t.153 (crossroads with Georgi Kondolov Street. Building permit No 23 of 20 March 2025 was issued for the site by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Kameno, according to which the site is the fourth category, in accordance with Article 137(1)(4)(a) of the Spatial Development Act and Article 8(1)(2) of Regulation No 1/2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works.
