… requirements for the performance of the contract, is provided in the technical specification attached to the procurement documents. The total estimated number of employees employed to receive food vouchers is 135 (one hundred and thirty-five). The full-time number of the school is subject to change, so the necessary vouchers for the respective period are specified in the submitted preliminary written request. The procedure will be carried out under Article 181(2) of the Public Procurement Act under the conditions of Article 61(2), (3) and (4) of the PPZOP, i.e. under the so-called reverse procedure.
