The successful tenderer should provide a performance guarantee of 2% of the contract value. According to the requirements of Art. 12 of the Public Procurement Act, the public procurement is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities or for economic entities whose main objective is the social and professional integration of people with disabilities or disadvantaged people. Persons may participate in the procurement procedure provided that at least 30 per cent of their list is made up of disabled or disadvantaged persons. … enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities may participate in the public procurement, provided that they can perform at least 80 percent of its object with their own machinery, equipment and human resources. To fulfil the condition, they may use subcontractors or rely on the capacities of third parties if the subcontractors or third parties are specialised enterprises or cooperatives of persons with disabilities. The declaration of these circumstances shall be made as in Part II, point A ‘Information to the economic operator’, field: ‘Only if the contract is reserved’ in the eESPD, the answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ shall be indicated. In case of a "Yes" answer, the participant shall also fill in the following fields indicating the percentage of disabled or disadvantaged persons from the participant's list composition and the number under which he/she is registered in the Register of Specialized Enterprises and Cooperatives of and for Persons with Disabilities of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, as well as the percentage of the subject of the
