Distribution and supply of natural gas for heating and domestic use of a building located at: The town of Sevlievo, 3 Nenko Iliev Street, representing a school, including the assignment of distribution and supply of natural gas to the measurement site at freely negotiated prices, in accordance with Articles 173, 174, 176, 176a, 177, 181, 183a of the Energy Act (ZE). The estimated quantities of deliveries are 700 MWh for a period of 2 years. The contractor of the subject of an order is obliged to comply with the provisions laid down in the Energy Act (ZE) and its regulations, as well as all regulatory requirements. If necessary, within the duration of the contract, the contracting authority may include additional sites for which it will pay the consumed natural gas at the price offered by the contractor for the supply of a standard cubic meter.
