Requests shall be made in view of the needs of the contracting authority and the contracting authority shall not be obliged to declare in full the estimated quantities indicated, nor shall it be obliged to declare a certain minimum of the estimated quantity. The implementation of each stage begins after funding has been provided for it, for which the contracting authority notifies the contractor in writing with the request for the respective stage, indicating also the source of funding. The deadline for delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment is up to sixty (60) calendar days from the date of each individual request and according to the specific proposal of the participant selected as a contractor. The participant should propose to provide a warranty period for the delivered equipment, which is not less than 60 (sixty) months.
