… electricity consumed over a period of 12 months, it is evident that 596,578 MWH ~600 MWH of electricity are needed for the sites of the Shumen ODMVR. When making calculations, the estimated amount of net active electricity for supply for the entire contract period (period of 60 months (5 years)) amounts to ~ 3000 MW. Place of performance: Sites of the contracting authority on the territory of the Shumen region for the supply of electricity connected to the HN network (as listed in the Annex). The Shumen ODMVR has a contract for the supply of electricity on the free market, which is why the current public procurement for the supply of electricity by DPI will cover the needs of the contracting authority only for the periods when no other supplier is available, in accordance with Article 15(4) of the Electricity Trading Rules.
