… investment project for "Sustainable energy renovation of a multi-family residential building on 31 Granicarska Street, Bolyarovo Municipality" in the "technical project" phase, including the necessary details for the implementation of the construction, in accordance with the terms and conditions and in accordance with the volume and scope regulated by Regulation No 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of an investment project, as well as other applicable and effective legislation, and the requirements laid down in the technical specification, as well as the activities constituting a condition, consequence or supplement thereto, in accordance with the regulatory framework, including coordination with operating companies and other bodies and approval under the procedure of the Spatial Development Act. Minimum scope: part Architectural, part Constructive, part Electrical, part Energy Efficiency, part Fire Safety, part Safety and Health Plan, part Waste Management Plan, part Project-Account Documentation.
