The site is a sixth category, according to Article 137(1)(6) of the Spatial Development Act and Article 12 of Regulation No 1 of 30 July 2003 on the nomenclature of types of construction works. An investment technical project has been prepared for the site, approved by the Chief Architect of Ruse Municipality. The construction works include the following types of construction activities: dismantling works, masonry, tin, carpentry, plastering, paving, painting, metal, insulation, formwork, reinforcement and concrete works, installation works - metal construction. The types of activities are described in detail in the project and the Technical Specification, with specified quantities to be implemented in the Quantitative Account.
