What the buyer is looking for
Supply of fuels, lubricants and operating fluids for motor vehicles as follows: purchase, by means of 24-hour refuelling at service stations owned or rented by the contractor, through a refuelling system under non-cash card payment conditions. Fuels must comply with the quality requirements in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation on the quality requirements for liquid fuels, the conditions, procedures and methods for their control (adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No 156 of 15 July 2003, published in State Gazette No 66 of 25 July 2003, last amended and supplemented by No 40 of 16 May 2025, in force as of 16 May 2025) and BDS. … seller should have at least three petrol stations in each administrative area in the country, allowing payment by non-cash payment cards. The estimated quantity for 24 months is as follows: Fuels: motor gasoline A-95H – 62 700 l.; Diesel fuel B6 – 71 800 l.; LPG – 12 000 l. Oils: Engine oils – 750 l.; Transmission oils – 100 l.; Hydraulic oils – 100 l.; Two-stroke oils – 100 l. Liquids: Antifreeze – concentrate – 750 l.; Wiper fluids – 700 l.; Brake fluid – 132 l.; Hard lubricants – 50 kg.; Adblue – 600 l. These are estimated, approximately necessary for the entire duration of the contract and are indicated solely for the purpose of determining the estimated volume of the order. In the course of the execution of the order, the Customer reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of fuel, liquids and lubricants according to his real needs, as well as reserves the right not to request delivery of a corresponding type of the above goods in case of no need.
