The criterion for the evaluation of tenders is the lowest price, in accordance with Article 70(2)(1) of the Public Procurement Act (ZOP), the contract enters into force on the date on which it is signed. The term of the contract expires after the expiration of the warranty period of the equipment subject to delivery.
