What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of this procurement is to identify contractors for each lot and conclude contracts with them to supply factory new cars. Delivered factory new cars must fully comply with the technical and operational characteristics specified in the Technical Specification – Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the documentation, as well as meet all standards and documents concerning quality, ecology and safety valid in the countries of the European Union. The subject-matter of the contract shall include: - Delivery of factory new and unused cars that meet the requirements of the Contracting Authority to the procurement documents for each lot; - Registration of the delivered cars at the Traffic Police after authorization; - Warranty service of the car by the Contractor, which covers all costs for the removal of all technical malfunctions and damages, not due to the fault of the Assignor and covered by the warranty conditions and warranty liability of the Contractor.
