OP 3 shall be awarded separately in accordance with the procedure set out in point 6 and no tenders shall be submitted under this procedure. Its technical requirements shall be laid down in the separate procurement file. On the basis of Article 21(6) of the Public Procurement Act, Lot 3 – Delivery of desktop computers for a front office with an estimated value of EUR 2 650.00 excluding VAT is planned for direct award under Article 20(4)(3) of the Public Procurement Act. Its value is below EUR 79 998.77 – the converted threshold of BGN 156 464 and represents 18.30% of the total value of EUR 14 483.33 excluding VAT.
