What the buyer is looking for
The scope of the contract includes the supply of workwear and safety work shoes, depending on the type of product supplied. Participants must submit a minimum of 3 color photographs for each proposed item, made by different parties, and it must be clearly visible whether the requirements of the Employer specified in the Technical Specification for each individual item are met in the production. All goods included in the lots must be delivered to the Employer's free address of the Stara Zagora region specified in the request within the time limit specified in the Technical Proposal on working days after the service of a written request. The contracting authority is not obliged to fully utilize the specified types of items, as well as may request larger quantities of some types of clothing or protective work shoes, at the expense of others, within the value of the contract. The delivered items must comply with all standards, rules, regulations and laws applicable in the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union for the production of products subject to this order. Deliveries under Lot 1 include workwear included in the list of goods and services referred to in Article 12(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the Technical Specification for the position - Annex 1.1. Detailed and complete information on the technical requirements for the performance of the procurement is contained in the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specifications (Annexes Nos 1.1 and 1.2), which is an integral part of the tender documentation.
