The Contractor is obliged to ensure the safety of road traffic and winter maintenance workers during the performance of all activities, as well as compliance with all the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act. The Contractor is obliged to monitor the weather conditions and to start performing his obligations under the Contract after submitting a notification by a person authorized by the Contracting Authority.
