… waste water treatment’. Place of performance: Sampling will be carried out by the contracting authority, as necessary. The samples will be taken from the contracting authority’s laboratory at Aydemir village, Silistra Municipality, Zapad Industrial Zone, Silistra RRCW. The analyses will be carried out in the Laboratories of the contractors. Time limit for performance of the contract: the term is tied to the conclusion of a contract under the respective lot, which enters into force on the specified date in the same and is valid until 31.12.2028 or until the value of each contract is reached, which event occurs earlier. The time limit for performing the assigned service/testing of samples should not be more than 25 (twenty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request.
