In this regard, the scope of the assignment includes: Carrying out the duties and functions of a supplier of net active electricity and a coordinator of a balancing group with full administration of the information flow with ESO and bearing the costs of imbalances for the site managed and operated by the Contracting Authority for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of registration of the first supply. … electricity should be supplied in a quality and orderly manner, as provided for in the Energy Act (ZE) and other normative acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the ordinances to the ZE, the Rules for Trading Electricity (PTEE) and the Rules for Measurement of the Quantity of Electricity (PIKEE)). As a “balancing group coordinator”, the Contractor shall assume the responsibility for balancing, include the Contracting Authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group, without the Contracting Authority paying a participation fee. The procuring entity should be included in a balancing group without additional amounts being charged to a balancing group for surplus and shortfall of imbalances. The contracting authority has no commitments to forecast and request the required quantities of electricity. The contractor assumes all the imbalances of its customers.
