… for the purposes of planning, evaluating tenders and determining the maximum transaction value. They do not represent minimum guaranteed quantities. The contracting authority shall declare, accept and pay only the quantities actually required, requested, delivered and accepted, within the maximum value of the respective contract. Deliveries are made on the basis of prior written requests from the contracting authority, free of charge, at the warehouse of DG Mir – Kardzhali, Opalchenska Street, and the price includes all costs for delivery, transport, loading and unloading, packaging, insurance, fees and all other costs of the contractor necessary for the performance of the contract.
