… of the Public Procurement Act, mandatory environmental requirements for certain products to be delivered are set out in the Technical Specification. These requirements are regulated and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation No N-1 of 23 July 2024 on environmental requirements for certain products subject to public procurement.
