Heat insulation of a pitched cold roof with an air layer >0.30m (type 1) with a sequence of execution: Thermal insulation on the ceiling of the unheated basement of the building with thermal insulation system with cached mineral wool, with thermal conductivity coefficient λ≤ 0,035 W/mK and thickness δ=0,08 m. Thermal insulation of the external facade walls surrounding the unheated basement of the building with thermal insulation system type XPS, with thermal conductivity coefficient λ≤ 0,035 W/mK and thickness δ=0,12 m with a finishing coating of mosaic plaster. Replacement of existing old lighting fixtures with new energy-saving lighting fixtures in common areas with motion sensors. Other activities provided for in the project documentation.
