All indicated estimated quantities are based on consumption from previous periods, the Employer reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the quantities according to its needs. … waste receptacles, as instructed by representatives of the Contracting Authority, in such a way as to enable the acceptance inspection of each item to be carried out. Acceptance is carried out by representatives of the Client and with verification of the documents accompanying the delivery. If defects or transport damage are found, the respective vessels shall be separated from the others, marked appropriately and loaded back onto the means of transport of the selected contractor. In case of deficiencies or absence in the documents accompanying the delivery, the Assignor shall delay the signing of the handover protocol until the documents are duly presented according to the requirements described in the contract. The Contractor shall remedy, at his own expense and without additional payment, any defects found which occur within the warranty period of the household waste receptacles.
