… performance of the subject of the contract, are indicated in Table No 1 in point 2 of the Technical Specifications, some of which are as follows: primer for bleach paint -200 kg.; bleach paint -1000 kg.; paint alkyd -300 kg.; paint exterior -200 kg.; paint latex - 500 kg.; fasagen -200 kg.; - paint thinner – packaging of 1 л -200 pcs.; enamel -350 kg.; silver ferrolite -35 kg.; Bezir -35 kg, etc. All estimated types and quantities of building materials are specified in the Technical Specifications, an integral part of the documentation for participation.. The quantities of building materials indicated in Table No. 1 are estimated and the Client is not obliged to declare them in full, including may renounce the delivery of certain types. If the need arises, the Client has the right to request other types of construction materials, other than those specified in Table 1, which will be paid at wholesale prices to the Contractor, agreed in advance with the Client at the time of delivery, with deduction of the trade discount offered in the Contractor's offer. In the absence of the market for construction materials in the offered and agreed packaging / packaging, a product is delivered in the closest available packaging by weight, paying a price calculated by the Contractor.
