… Construction Part and exercising construction supervision during construction of the above-mentioned site, with a view to carrying out quality construction of the site, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and in compliance with the agreed deadlines. Pursuant to Article 137(1)(2)(a) of the Spatial Development Act, construction is in the second category: Class III roads of the national road network. Pursuant to Art. 5, para. 1, item 2 of the Rules for the procedure for registration and keeping of the Central Professional Register of Builders, issued by the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, the construction is Second Group: construction works from transport infrastructure. Note 1: The exact boundaries (start and end) of the sections subject to the design and construction works under this contract should be determined on the basis of the engineering, geological and hydrogeological studies carried out in the framework of the award. This is necessary in order to control the destabilization that has occurred
