… inspections of buildings (according to the Technical Passport of the building, part B "Measures for maintenance of the construction and deadlines for carrying out repairs", item 2 "Measures necessary to maintain the safe operation of the construction and a schedule for the implementation of urgent measures"); - implementation of measures related to improving access for persons with disabilities to buildings, in accordance with Ordinance No 4 of 01.07.2009 on the design, execution and maintenance of construction works, in accordance with the requirements for an accessible environment for the population, incl. for persons with disabilities and according to the questions and answers under the procedure. - execution of accompanying construction and installation works related to the implementation of energy efficiency measures and restoration of the original condition disturbed as a result of the renovation. 3). Exercise of author's supervision during the construction by the designers on all parts within the scope of the technical passport, in accordance with the requirements of Art. 162, para 2 and para 3 of the Spatial Development Act.
