The subject of the public procurement is the supply of natural gas for the needs of the TA of the NSSI - Kyustendil, through which to secure the main heating fuel of the Administrative Building of the TA of the NSSI - Kyustendil. The execution of the contract should be in accordance with the Energy Act (ZE) and the applicable regulatory framework. TP of NSSI - Kyustendil is connected to the gas distribution network of Overgas Grid AD for West territory. TP of NSSI - Kyustendil will conclude a contract with Overgas Networks AD for the supply of natural gas and payment for all services used by the contracting authority as a final customer: distribution, supply and supply of natural gas, access to and transmission of natural gas through the gas transmission network, excise duty and all statutory charges under the legislation in force. … contract (24 months) is 320 MWh, which is calculated on the basis of the consumption of natural gas for a previous consumption period, adjusted for any changes in the quantities that may occur during the execution of the contract. The specified estimated quantity of the contracting authority undertakes to consume it and will pay only for the quantity of natural gas actually consumed for the relevant period. In the event that, at the time of expiry of 24 months from the date of entry into force of the contract, the contracting authority has not concluded a supply contract with an identical subject matter as a result of a procedure carried out under the Public Procurement Act and the estimated value of the contract has not been reached/exhausted, the duration of the contract may be extended on the basis of Article 116(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Act by signing an additional agreement between the parties. In this case, the term of validity shall be extended until the conclusion of a new contract with the same subject matter between the contracting authority and a person designated as a contractor, but for no more than 6 (six) months or until its estimated value is reached, whichever is the earlier.
