… performance of a building by implementing high-efficiency energy measures; - Improvement of the internal microclimate, thermal comfort and operating conditions; - Improve performance to extend the life cycle of the building; - Reducing energy consumption costs. According to the prepared energy audit report and energy performance certificate of the building, the following measures should be envisaged in the project: Energy saving measure B1: Thermal insulation of external walls; Energy saving measure B2: Replacement of external windows; Energy saving measure B3: Thermal insulation of the roof; Energy saving measure B4: Thermal insulation of the floor; Energy saving measure C1: Energy-saving measure for replacement of radiators and piping; Energy saving measure C2: Measures on lighting systems. The subject matter of this contract covers the following activities: Stage I: Design – Preparation of an investment project in the ‘working project’ phase, in accordance with Regulation № 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation
