This, as well as the volume of work on administration and management of the individual self-contained lots at CAIS GPP, led to a practical difficulty for the University Hospital "Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" AD to use self-contained lots for the procurement of large volumes and different types of supplies. The subject of the orders is divided into nomenclature rows and sub-nomenclature rows, and the participants may participate and be selected as contractors for one or more of the nomenclature rows of the subject of the order. Thus, although there is no division into separate lots, in practice there is a similar opportunity for a wide range of stakeholders to participate in the procedure. 3.
