… include the sole waterproofing (approx. 2,000m2), insulation and waterproofing work of the four different heights of the main roof surfaces (1,940m2) as a flat roof construction, drainage and plumbing work (attica drainage via spiders and drop pipes; Attic cover), RWA skylights and roof exits, fall protection as a drive-over rope system and extensive roof greening. The new building has three different roof levels. These range from the ground floor to the upper floor 3. The highest roof level is about 16.50m high. The floor area of the building is about 2,000m2. The supporting structure consists essentially of ceiling tiles mounted on façade supports and columns. Individual transverse walls and stairwells strip out the construction. The facade consists of a wooden frame construction suspended in front of it.
