Requirements for the conference venue - framework conditions - The conference hotel has a classification of at least four stars according to the DEHOGA classification. - The conference hotel ensures a quiet and trouble-free working atmosphere throughout the entire duration of the event. The meeting venue must be located in one of the following cities: Frankfurt, Leipzig, Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Göttingen, Fulda. As part of the evaluation of the offer, the client reserves the right to visit the conference venue offered. Claims for a subsequent award of the contract cannot be inferred from this.
