… organizational and safety-relevant requirements. For the networks of the Bavarian State Forests, only network components (hardware, software, software services) of the Cisco company are used. The subject of the invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework contract for the supply of network components from the manufacturer Cisco, including associated software, licenses, maintenance, maintenance, support and maintenance services and, if applicable, other technical services. On the basis of the framework contract, existing components are to be renewed, expanded or replaced as required during the term of the contract. The framework contract is not intended to completely rebuild an isolated infrastructure, but to further develop an existing, productively operated network landscape during operation on the basis of network components. The services to be procured must be able to be integrated into the existing system landscape and meet the requirements for interoperability, information security, availability, operational stability, administrability and cost-effectiveness. Particular importance is attached to compatibility with existing network, security, management and automation processes, as well as the ability to ensure the operation of the existing infrastructure without disproportionate conversion, migration or parallel operation efforts. The estimated total demand includes the successive procurement of network components, network security solutions, software licenses and associated maintenance, maintenance, support and maintenance services over the planned contract period.
