Procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, integration, training, documentation, warranty and support of a dual-detection ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) system consisting of a PDA/DAD detector and a universal gradient-compatible detector for non-UV-absorbing compounds. The system is designed to separate, detect and quantify organic compounds in complex matrices and must support integration into the Central Chromatography Data System (CDS). Procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning, integration, training, documentation, warranty and support of an LC-MS single quadrupole system with integrated liquid chromatography frontend. The system is used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecules, metabolites and impurities as well as the execution of high-throughput screening workflows including Flow Injection Analysis (FIA). Integration into the central chromatography data system (CDS) must be ensured. Procurement, supply, installation, commissioning, integration, training, documentation, warranty and support of a semi-preparative HPLC system for the isolation, purification and recovery of organic compounds in the milligram to gram range. The system shall support automated and traceable fraction collection, purification workflows and integration with the Central Chromatography Data System (CDS).
