Die Lösung soll künftig die Anforderungen der Mietverwaltung sowie der Wohnungseigentumsverwaltung abbilden und als zentrale Plattform für die digitale Kundenkommunikation dienen. Die fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen an die ausgeschriebene Softwarelösung ergeben sich aus dem dieser Ausschreibung zugrunde liegenden Kriterienkatalog. Dieser beschreibt die wesentlichen Anforderungen an die Lösung und beinhaltet sowohl verbindliche Ausschlusskriterien als auch bewertungsrelevante Kriterien.
