Note - BNB certification For the building, a BNB certification in gold and a BNB certification in silver for the outdoor facilities is sought. The contractor must participate in the successful certification. The contractor must comply with appropriate requirements regarding waste poverty, noise poverty, dust poverty and the requirements of the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance during construction. Furthermore, the requirements listed in Appendix 01 ‘Material requirements’ at quality level 5 shall apply. The contractor must declare all materials, products, by-products, auxiliary products and components intended for use with regard to their ingredients or properties. For this purpose, Appendix 02 ‘Declaration tables’ must be completed in digital form (Excel file format) and the associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets must be assigned and enclosed in accordance with 1907/2006/EC (also in digital form).
