Among other things, dynamic procurement services will be covered in the following areas: • Preparation of risk assessment in accordance with the Hazardous Substances Ordinance •Establishment of black and white areas, including passenger and material locks, where necessary • Foreclosure of work areas and establishment of necessary dust protection and vacuum control measures • Provision and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) • Professional disassembly, packaging, transport and disposal of components containing asbestos • Cleaning of the work areas including fine cleaning and visual inspection after completion of the work • Submission of the required disposal and proof documents in accordance with the applicable waste legislation • Approval or free measurement of the work areas, provided that this is part of the scope of services • Cross-trade execution and coordination: Ventilation technology, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, masonry, plastering, painting After completion of the work, the work areas must be cleaned and handed over in proper condition. The service also includes the complete documentation of the work carried out, including test, disposal and installation certificates. There is a possibility that work on listed buildings may also be required. For certain orders (in particular with regard to Portfolio police, fire brigade or judicial buildings) may require a security and/or reliability check of the deployed personnel.
