… infrastructural building management (IGM) only includes the cleaning and maintenance services of the building, outdoor facilities and winter services. Overall, planning, construction and operation extend over a total term of 30 years. Of course, great importance is attached to the cost-effectiveness of the measure and the fastest possible completion for subsequent smooth operation. The (application) documents for the upstream competition (1. Process level) are hereby made available without restriction for free download. The documents relating to the tender and negotiation phase (2nd stage of the procedure) will only be made available to the selected participants as potential tenderers. This concerns in particular the procedural guide including tender forms and performance-related documents, in particular the draft contract for the overall award of the PPP together with annexes (sub-functional tender specifications/TLB, etc.). In that regard, the information memorandum, which forms part of the documents relating to the competition, serves to provide undertakings interested in the invitation to tender with project-specific information which is already necessary in the context of the upstream competition in order to support them sufficiently and transparently in their decision to participate in that procurement procedure.
