… following components: - all architectural and structural components within the building, including technical equipment - all architectural and structural components of the building envelope, including technical equipment The requirements for the inventory, which correspond to the required degree of visualisation, are listed in service module 1 of Annex C-02 to the Tender Specifications. In addition to the required information density for the components to be scanned, the necessary exchange formats (point cloud data from 3D laser scans) must also be agreed with the contractor for further use in 3D inventory modelling. The requirements for inventory modelling are set out in the service module of Annex C-02 Tender Specifications 2. In order to create a comprehensive documentation of the building and to be able to better plan and control the ongoing operation and future renovation measures, the client requests a building survey or building documentation of the existing building in the form of a digital room book, which is to be derived from the existing modelling. The requirements and level of detail of the room book are described in service module 3 of Annex C-02 to the Terms of Reference.
