What the buyer is looking for
The ZVH announces the planning, delivery, assembly, commissioning and ready-to-use handover of an exhaust air purification system. Two exhaust air flows from the process area are to be cleaned. AXX from ATEX areas with approx. 1,020 Nm3/h and AEX from other process areas with approx. 3,300 Nm3/h. Due to the discontinuous BMP operation, fluctuating exhaust air loads must be taken into account. The limit values of TA Luft for organic substances and ammonia must be complied with. Activated carbon adsorption or an equivalent process is planned, supplemented if necessary by further cleaning stages. Solutions for rent or purchase are permitted. A safe adsorber change, a modularly adaptable system design and the possibility of integrating a measuring and inerting system are required.
