… -Authorised submission of tenders: Electronically in text form. -Deadlines for implementation: Start date: 01.02.2027; Completion: 30.07.2027. - Guarantees: Performance of the contract/claims for defects. - Terms of payment: Payments are made in accordance with the provisions of § 16 VOB/B. - Assessment of suitability: Prequalified companies pass the proof of suitability through the entry in the list of the Association for the Prequalification of Construction Companies e.V. (prequalification directory). If subcontractors are used, proof must be provided upon separate request that they are pre-qualified or meet the pre-qualification requirement. Non-prequalified companies must submit the completed ‘self-declaration of suitability’ form as provisional proof of suitability with the tender.
