… contract will be implemented using the Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) method. This is a comprehensive public contract involving the preparation, implementation and subsequent long-term monitoring and evaluation of the results of the implemented energy-saving measures, whereby the contractor provides the contracting authority with a guarantee for achieving the expected economic benefits.
