… provisions of Section 141 of the Act. DNS will be introduced for a fixed period until 30.6.2027. The Contractor has the right to submit his request to participate at any time for the entire duration of the DNS. Together with the request to participate, the Contractor shall provide documentary evidence of the fulfilment of the qualification. The performance also includes the take-back and ecological disposal of used tyres and tubes.
